In a small saucepan, cover the peas with salted water and boil for 3 minutes. Drain and purée in a food processor.In a mixing bowl, combine the pea purée, pearl bocconcini, basil, garlic and flour. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.Shape into 12 patties and coat well with sesame seeds.In a skillet, fry the patties in oil for 2 minutes on each side until golden.Combine the oil, teriyaki, ginger, honey, lemon juice and sesame oil (if using) to make the dressing.For your bento, arrange a cocktail skewer of pork next to a few pea patties then drizzle a generous spoonful of dressing over everything.
