Stuffed Pancakes with Vanilla Ice-Cream and Chocolate Sauce

Place vanilla ice-cream in each pancake.Wrap each pancake in film paper to shape into a cigar ; place in freezer.In a saucepan, combine chocolate and water ; bring to a boil and stir until chocolate is melted.Remove from heat ; add vanilla and let cool.Before serving, remove pancakes from freezer ; remove film paper.Cut each pancake in three parts and cover with chocolate sauce.
