Using a sharp knife, cut the squash into sections. For easier cutting, prick the squash with a fork and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Peel and dice.In a skillet over medium-high heat, stir fry squash and onion in olive oil. There should be 3 to 4 times more squash than onion. Season to taste.When the vegetables are almost cooked (about 15 minutes), add Heinz Ginger Teriyaki Vegetable Sauce. Simmer about 5 minutes.
