Peel and cut the shallots into rounds.In a frying pan,lightly brown the shallots in a little oil.Deglaze the pan with the red wine vinegar and red wine. Reduce by half.Add the beef broth and reduce by half.Correct the seasoning and set aside.In the other frying pan, heat the remaining oil and cook the steaks over medium- high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until no longer pink.Serve with sauce.
