In a saucepan, heat milk.In another pan, melt butter and sweat green onion and spinach, covered.When spinach wilts, sprinkle with flour, and stir in cheese until it melts.Deglaze with white wine.Gradually stir in milk.Season.Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.Serve on spinach pasta.
