In a pan, put sugar and water. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until fully dissolved.Add ginger and cinnamon and simmer 10 minutes.Remove ginger and cinnamon and add orange juice. Set aside the syrup.Put pineapple and mangoes in a bowl.Pour the syrup over the fruit, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes.Just before serving, add a diced avocado. Mix well and serve.
