Preheat the oven to 375(f) degrees. Lightly butter a 6 by 8-inch baking dish.To a skillet over medium heat add the butter, garlic & onion. Cook until the onion begins to turn translucent, about 3 to 5 minutes.Add the sriracha, honey, salt & pepper. Cook until the sauce begins to thicken slightly. Fold in the chicken & stir in the cream cheese until it is fully incorporated into the sauce.Remove from heat & add the sour cream. Transfer mixture to a baking dish & top with cheddar cheeses.Bake until heated throughout & the cheese is bubbling, about 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish with green onions & serve with tortilla chips.
