Simmer (the bacon will provide enough fat to sauté) until the bacon is lightly browned.Meanwhile, place 2.5 L of water and .7 ounce (20 g) of salt in a saucepan, bring to a boil and add the Milaneza spaghetti with curry. Cook for 9 minutes for al dente.Add half a cup (125 ml) of the water used to cook the pasta to the pan with the bacon, then add the coconut milk.
