Place bacon, fresh mushrooms, garlic and onion in a skillet. Simmer (the bacon will provide enough fat to sauté) until the bacon is lightly browned.Meanwhile, place 2.5 L of water and .7 ounce (20 g) of salt in a saucepan, bring to a boil and add the Milaneza spaghetti with curry. Cook for 9 minutes for al dente.Add half a cup (125 ml) of the water used to cook the pasta to the pan with the bacon, then add the coconut milk. Simmer for 12 minutes.Finally, add the pasta to the coconut milk and mix well. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro (or any fresh herbs you like) and parmesan cheese.Serve immediately.Source: Milaneza
