Cover the bottom of a cast-iron skillet with a double layer of aluminum foil.Smear with a small amount of sauce, then assemble the lasagna by layering in the pasta, sauce, mushrooms, peppers and some cheese.Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese, then cover with aluminum foil.Place high enough over the coals that the lasagna doesn’t burn.Bake for approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

    sliced mushrooms

Preparation
