Heat oil in a pan. Add scampi and brown 2 minutes over high heat. Set aside.In the same pan, cook shallots and garlic 1 minute over medium heat.Add wine and cook 2 more minutes.Add remaining ingredients and continue to cook over low heat 6 to 8 minutes.Return scampi to pan, stir well and simmer 2 minutes. Serve.
