Preheat the oven to 350°F.Cook the sausages in the oven for 20 minutes and set aside.In a wok on medium, heat the oil and cook the vegetables for 5 minutes.Add the ginger, garlic, chili pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.Add the rice and stir.Push the rice to the sides of the wok so there is space in the middle to cook the eggs.Pour the sesame oil in the middle of the wok.Cook the eggs and break them up into small pieces.Add the soy sauce to the rice and stir.Source : Max L'Affamé
