Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.Cut the halibut and the salmon in strips, lengthways.Braid the strips of halibut and salmon and secure with a toothpick at the end of the braid.Add salt and pepper to the four braids and place them on a cooking sheet.With a brush, dab them with a little melted butter.Bake 10-12 min or until flesh loses its sheen and is easily flaked with a fork.
