Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms .Set aside.Slice buns in half lengthwise and reserve top halves.Layer bottom halves with lettuce, onion rings, roast and mushrooms.Brush with mustard and add slices of cheese. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is slightly melted. Cover sandwiches with tops.
