Blanch tomatoes, peel, cut in half and seed, saving the juice.Cut tomatoes in chunks and put in a pan.Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until thick and syrupy.Pour marmalade in sterilized jars and cool.Seal.

  • 3 cups
    (750 mL)
    sugar

    orange, sliced, cut in 4
  • 1
    lemon, sliced, cut in 4
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    grated fresh ginger

Preparation

Blanch tomatoes, peel, cut in half and seed, saving the juice.

Cut tomatoes in chunks and put in a pan.

Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until thick and syrupy.

Pour marmalade in sterilized jars and cool.

Seal.
