In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, collagen juice, yogurt, oil, eggs, vanilla, and sea salt for 1 minute.Stir in crushed Kellogg’s Corn Flakes® cereal. Sift flour and baking powder over wet ingredients; stir until just combined. Fold in raspberries.Dollop 1/4 cup (60 ml) portions of batter onto a large parchment lined baking sheet.Sprinkle with coarsely crushed Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal; bake in the oven preheated to 400°F for 12-14 minutes.Let cool for 5 minutes before removing it to a cooling rack to cool completely.To make the glaze :Whisk the icing sugar and collagen juice in a small bowl.Drizzle glaze over cooled muffin tops and let set.

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, collagen juice, yogurt, oil, eggs, vanilla, and sea salt for 1 minute.

Stir in crushed Kellogg’s Corn Flakes® cereal. Sift flour and baking powder over wet ingredients; stir until just combined. Fold in raspberries.

Dollop 1/4 cup (60 ml) portions of batter onto a large parchment lined baking sheet.

Sprinkle with coarsely crushed Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal; bake in the oven preheated to 400°F for 12-14 minutes.

Let cool for 5 minutes before removing it to a cooling rack to cool completely.

Whisk the icing sugar and collagen juice in a small bowl.

Drizzle glaze over cooled muffin tops and let set.
