In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add ribs, onion, bouquet garni, salt and pepper.Simmer 45 minutes. Drain and set aside.Preheat barbecue to medium.In a glass bowl, mix glaze ingredients together.Place ribs on a sheet of foil and brush generously with BBQ glaze.Cook 5-7 minutes per side.
