Preheat the oven to 250 ºF.Cook popcorn according to package directions. Reserve.Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.Add brown sugar, corn syrup, spices and salt. Bring mixture to a boil and allow to boil 4 minutes whitout stirring. Remove from the heat and add in vanilla and baking soda and stir misture until it thick.Pour the mixture over popcorn. Spread popcorn onto a large cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour, stirring popcorn every 15 minutes.Allow to cool completely and serve.Source: Metro
