Preheat oven at 200°F (95°C).In a skillet, heat oil and butter over medium-high.Add garlic and pork tenderloins. Cook about 10 minutes, browning all sides.Cook at medium heat, about 15 minutes.Remove everything from the pan and keep warm in the oven.In the same pan, brown onions, potatoes and apples with apple jelly.Add apple juice, sprig of fresh thyme and chicken concentrate or cream. Cook 1 to 2 min.Slice pork tenderloins and pour the sauce on the slices or present the whole tenderloins on a serving platter with the sauce in a gravy boat.
