Preheat oven to 325°F.In a small bowl mix together spices, salt and pepper.Rub spices all over rack of ribs. Wrap ribs tightly in aluminum foil.Place on a baking sheet.Place in the oven and bake for 3 hours, until ribs are tender.Mix together parmesan cheese and BBQ sauce.Unwrap ribs and brush evenly with BBQ sauce.Put ribs on a baking sheet and place under broiler for 4-5 minutes per side.It can also be heat on BBQ over high heat for the same amount of time per side to char and warm through.Source: Michael Del Zetto
