Preheat oven to 325°F.
In a small bowl mix together spices, salt and pepper.
Rub spices all over rack of ribs. Wrap ribs tightly in aluminum foil.
Place on a baking sheet.
Place in the oven and bake for 3 hours, until ribs are tender.
Mix together parmesan cheese and BBQ sauce.
Unwrap ribs and brush evenly with BBQ sauce.
Put ribs on a baking sheet and place under broiler for 4-5 minutes per side.
It can also be heat on BBQ over high heat for the same amount of time per side to char and warm through.
