In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the Montreal Steak seasoning.Form 4 oz meatballs.For the sauce, mix the burger sauce with the pickled cucumbers and cherry peppers, and a pinch of steak seasoning.Preheat a cast iron griddle or pan.Place two meatballs on the griddle and wait about 45 seconds. Add some onion slices on top of the meatballs and press with parchment paper and a burger press.Let the crust form and season with salt and pepper for about 2 minutes.Gently lift the burger with a spatula.Add the cheese and cook for another 30 seconds.Toast one side of the brioche bun on the same griddle.For assembly, place a spoonful of sauce on each bun and add two meat patties with two small Boston lettuce leaves.Source : Amine Laabi
