In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the Montreal Steak seasoning.
Form 4 oz meatballs.
For the sauce, mix the burger sauce with the pickled cucumbers and cherry peppers, and a pinch of steak seasoning.
Preheat a cast iron griddle or pan.
Place two meatballs on the griddle and wait about 45 seconds. Add some onion slices on top of the meatballs and press with parchment paper and a burger press.
Let the crust form and season with salt and pepper for about 2 minutes.
Gently lift the burger with a spatula.
Add the cheese and cook for another 30 seconds.
Toast one side of the brioche bun on the same griddle.
For assembly, place a spoonful of sauce on each bun and add two meat patties with two small Boston lettuce leaves.
