Heat oven to 350°.Mix together apricot jam, red wine vinegar, worcestershire & chili flakes and pour over brisket.Mix together ketchup, onion soup mix and coke and pour over brisket.Cover with foil and cook for 4 hours.Baste the brisket halfway through, if necessary Slice/carve and enjoy!

    brisket
  • 1 can
    Coca-Cola®
  • 1 cup
    ketchup
  • 2 packs
    onion soup mix

  • chutney:
  • 1 cup
    apricot jam
  • 1 tablespoon
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp.
    chili flakes

Preparation

Heat oven to 350°.

Mix together apricot jam, red wine vinegar, worcestershire & chili flakes and pour over brisket.

Mix together ketchup, onion soup mix and coke and pour over brisket.

Cover with foil and cook for 4 hours.

Baste the brisket halfway through, if necessary Slice/carve and enjoy!
