Combine wine and Knorr Vegetable Broth and set 1 cup (250 mL) aside.Marinate liver in remaining mixture for 1 - 11/2 hours in the refrigerator.Drain liver slices and roll in chopped hazelnuts to coat.In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and cook liver 3 minutes per side so that it's fully cooked but still pink.Remove to a platter and keep warm.Deglaze skillet with reserved liquid and reduce by half.Stir in cream and parsley and cook 2 minutes over medium heat.Spoon over liver and serve with pasta tossed with Knorr Carbonara pasta sauce.
