    2% milk
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    tarragon, leaves only, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp.
    (1 mL)
    orange zest, chopped finely

  • sufficient quantity, salt and fresh ground pepper
