Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).Place fillets in a lightly oiled baking dish.In a bowl, combine melted butter, orange juice, fennel seed and salt, and pour over fish.Sprinkle with grated orange peel.Bake approximately environ 10 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.Garnish with orange slices and parsley and serve.
