In a large saucepan, brown green onions in the dribble of oil at medium heat. Deglaze with white wine and reduce to half.Pour Boursin Cuisine in the pan and stir until smooth. Add mussels and cover.Continue cooking for 5 to 6 minutes stirring occasionally to mix sauce and mussels. Stop cooking and serve immediately.Sprinkle with chopped chives.

Preparation
