Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.Prepare pizza dough and lay it on a lightly oiled and floured round baking sheet, spread with sauce.Wash spinach. In a saucepan, cook spinach covered until slightly wilted. Drain carefully and chop coarsely.In a skillet, cook garlic in melted butter for 1 minute. Add spinach and cook 1 minute more. Spread spinach over pizza sauce.Cover with mushrooms and sliced tomatoes and top with cheese and basil.Bake 20 minutes on the lowest grill.

  • 2x10 oz

    fresh spinach, trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp.

    butter
