Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).Cut the top third off the bread, setting the top aside.Remove enough of the crumb to allow you to insert the two brie wheel halves. Cut the removed crumb into cubes and set aside.Spread onion marmalade and sprinkle rosemary on the interior surface of the bread.Insert the two brie wheel halves inside the bread.Place the top back onto the stuffed bread and then wrap the whole bread in foil.Place the bread onto a baking sheet, with the bread cubes alongside, and bake 35 minutes.     onion marmalade, onion confit, or balsamic and onion chutney
  • 1 wheel
    (100 g)
    Alexis de Portneuf's L'Étoile de St-Raymond brie, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons
    (30 ml)
