Preheat oven to 400 °F/200 °C.In a big pot, cook garlic, onion and celery 2 min. in hot oil. Add beef and cook for another 6-8 min. or until beef is thoroughly cooked.Add soup, chili sauce, ketchup, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Cook on low, stirring occasionally, for 30 min. until all liquid is absorbed. Cool.Cut rolls open and fill with meat mixture.Before serving, wrap stuffed rolls in foil and bake for 20 min.
