In a deep ramekin (custard cup), add oil or melted butter. Break the egg and beat it to break up the yolk. Cover with a paper towel.Cook in the microwave at medium heat for 1 minute. When the egg is cooked, take it out of the microwave and remove it from the ramekin.Put the egg on a toasted English muffin. Put some salsa in the middle. Add grated cheese mix for nachos.Garnish with lettuce and sliced tomato.

Preparation
