Preheat barbecue at medium-high.In a bowl, mix all ingredients except the buns.Make 4 patties, about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick.Place the patties on an oiled barbecue grill and cook 7 minutes per side, or until meat is well done. You may wish to toast kaiser buns for 30 to 60 seconds, after lightly brushing them with butter.Place patties in the buns and garnish according to preference (lettuce, pickle, onion, tomato).Serve with nachos and salsa.
