Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.In another bowl, mix the avocado with 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of taco spices.In a skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned tofu in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.In another skillet over low-medium heat, brown the tortillas for 30 seconds on each side.Divide tofu among tortillas and top with jalapeno peppers, tomato, lettuce, cabbage (optional) and cilantro. Serve with lime and guacamole.
