Place the oven rack in the top position, about 10 cm (4 inches) from the heating element. Set the oven to broil.In a small pot, combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger, and cornstarch. Heat on medium and stir until it thickens. Let cool.Meanwhile, cut the salmon into cubes of about 2 to 3 cm. Place in a large bowl.Pour the sauce onto the salmon and gently toss to coat. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.Bake in the oven for 6 minutes.Serve with rice or green vegetables or add to a salad, homemade poke bowl, or sandwich.
