    maple sugar
  • 2 tablespoons
    (30 ml)
    chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 ml)
    olive oil
  • To taste
    salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven or BBQ to 200ºC (400ºF).

Combine chopped vegetables, maple sugar, chopped fresh rosemary and olive oil in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.

Place on a wax-covered baking sheet.
