In a large punch bowl, combine lime juice, maple syrup and about 30 mint leaves.Using a wooden pestle, muddle mint leaves.Add rum and Montellier mineral water. Stir.Pour over ice cubes in highball glasses.Garnish with a mint leaf and a slice of lime.

Preparation
