Preheat the oven at 350°F.Remove the fat from the ham and place the ham in a roasting pot.Insert a few cloves in the flesh.Place the pineapple slices on top of the ham (using toothpicks to secure them in place).Season with pepper and top with the brown sugar.Drizzle with the maple syrup.Cover and bake for about 45 to 50 minutes (25 minutes per pound).Halfway in the cooking time, drizzle with the pineapple juice.

  • fresh ground pepper
  • 20 g
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup
    (65 mL)
    maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    pineapple juice
