Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan on medium high. Add the ground beef and cook for 7 minutes or until the meat is brown and cooked through.Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, paprika, oregano, chili pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Mix. Simmer for 15 minutes.Meanwhile, prepare the salsa: combine all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside.Grill the tortillas in a second pan for 1 minute each side on medium. Preparation
