    meat of cooked lobster, coarsely chopped

    celery stalks, diced
  • 1/4 cup

    strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 cup

    hearts of palm, diced
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    seafood spices
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    mayonnaise

  • juice and zest of 1 lemon

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • sufficient quantity, butter
  • 4
    large leaves Boston lettuce
