In a saucepan, heat the juice of orange until it turns to syrup.In a bowl, mix the syrup with the mayonnaise.Add a little cream and tarragon.Cut a cooked lobster into pieces and mix into the sauce.Slice a Ciabatta lengthwise and lightly grill both sides.Place the lobster pieces on the bread and serve.
