Drain the goat cheese balls on absorbent paper.Place a goat cheese ball on a basil leaf and top the cheese with a cherry tomato slice. Season with salt and pepper.Cut each leaf of Boston lettuce into strips about 1 inch (3 cm) wide and 4 inches (10 cm) long.Wrap each cheese ball in a lettuce strip. Use a toothpick to hold the lettuce in place.Repeat for the remaining cheese balls.

Preparation

Drain the goat cheese balls on absorbent paper.
