Pre-heat the oven at 230°C (450°F).Cover the bottom of a baking pan with lemon slices and garlic.Place 2 fish fillets; cover with lemon slices and garlic.Place 2 fish fillets on top; sprinkle with pepper.Mix the water, olive oil, lemon juice and coriander; pour over the fillets.Cover with foil.Bake 10 minutes per 2.5 cm ( 1 in.) of thickness, 20 to 25 minutes or until the fish is opaque.Grill the almonds and add them on the filets with fresh parsley when serving.
