Preheat the BBQ or grill pan to high.Mix 1/4 of the olive oil and the juice of 1/2 the lemon.Add pork cutlets to the olive oil and lemon juice, marinate for for about 5 minutes then drainGrill the cutlets for about 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.Cut the romaine in half lengthwise and season with another 1/4 of the olive oil and remaining lemon.Grill for 1-2 minutes.Grill the burger buns if desired.Slice the tomato.Finely chop the pickles to form a relish.Divide grilled cutlets on the buns and garnish with cheese, tomatoes, pickle relish, and guacamole.Salad dressing:Mince garlic.Combine garlic, mustard, vinegar, remaining olive oil, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper to taste.Drizzle over grilled romaine lettuce, garish with parmesan.Serve with pork burgers.Source: Missfresh.com
