In a bowl, whisk together mustard, Boursin Cuisine and lemon juice. Add oil slowly while whisking. Rectify seasonings. If the dressing appears too creamy, dilute it slightly with water.Delicious with a green salad, this dressing will also enhance the taste of cucumbers, French endives and Brussels sprouts. Just for a pleasant change!
