Lightly butter the bread slices on each side.Make two sandwiches using prosciutto and cheese slices.Sprinkle with basil and cover with the remaining slices of bread.Press firmly on each sandwich.Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium heat.Grill each sandwich on both side until the cheese melts.Cut the sandwiches diagonally and place on a serving dish. Garnish with olives and pickles.

    slices of mozzarella and/or provolone cheese

  • Fresh chopped basil to taste

  • olive to taste

  • dill pickles to taste
