In a bowl, mix oil, garlic, red wine vinegar, honey salt and pepper together and set aside.In a large bowl, mix lettuce, radicchio and sprouts together. Divide among 4 plates and top with cheese, salami, tomatoes and olives.Drizzle with dressing and serve with bruschetta.
