Using a food processor, finely chop the onion and the mushrooms.Add the beef, breadcrumbs, parsley and fruit ketchup. Season to taste.Process a few seconds or until evenly blended.Roll into 8 to 10 large meatballs. Then flour your hands and flatten into even patties.Pan-fry 12 to 15 minutes or until the meat has lost all trace of pink.
