Mix butter and flour well with a fork; add ham, Saputo Mozzarellissima Cheese and pepper. Make four patties, flattening and shaping evenly.In a bowl, lightly beat eggs with a fork; dip patties in egg mixture then coat well with sesame seeds. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.In a non-stick frying pan, heat oil over high heat and brown patties for about 1 minute on each side (do not overcook, sesame seeds burn easily); finish cooking in a preheated 350 °F/175 °C oven for approximately 20 minutes.Pour half a cup of the tomato sauce on a plate, top with one croquette and serve with a salad consisting of mixed greens and your favourite salad dressing.When cooked for 20 minutes, the croquettes should be soft inside and crispy outside.
