Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place the Signature Cuts Haddock Fillets on a baking sheet and bake them for 20 minutes; turn halfway.
To prepare the chipotle mayo, add all the ingredients to a bowl. Mix well and set the bowl to the side.
To make the slaw, mix together the cabbage, onions, garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper and cilantro in a bowl.
Toast the buns as preferred.
After the fillets are done cooking, remove them from oven and start assembling the burger.
Start with spreading mayo on the bottom bun, add the fillets and slaw.
Finish off the top off the bun with more mayo.
