Refrigerate.Preheat barbecue to medium.Cook souvlakis approximately 8-10 minutes.Meanwhile, heat foil-wrapped pitas on barbecue's upper grill.Spread tzatziki on hot pitas and top with tomato, onion, lettuce and pork. Roll them up and enjoy with a green salad and rice.

  • tzatziki:

  • 2/3 cup
    (170 mL)
    firm yogurt
  • 1/2
    cucumber peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    chopped fresh mint (optional)
  • 2-3
    garlic cloves, chopped
  • souvlakis:

  • 4
    skewers of greek pork souvlakis
  • 4
    pitas
  • 1
    tomato, sliced thin
  • 1/2
    onion sliced thin

  • shredded lettuce to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, mix tzatziki ingredients together. Refrigerate.

Preheat barbecue to medium.
