In a medium bowl combine Ketchup, plum sauce, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, hot sauce, and BBQ spices.Thread a piece of red onion, pineapple, meatball, red pepper, zucchini and meatball onto a skewer repeating pattern to fill the length of skewer. Repeat process to make remaining skewers.Brush skewers all over with glaze and spray with oil. Grill on a preheated grill over high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until meatballs are heated through and vegetables are tender crisp.Garnish with chopped parsley to serve.
