Preheat barbecue.Use half the oil to coat the cobs of corn and grill at a high temperature for 4 minutes, turning frequently to add colour and flavour to the kernels. Cool for 3-4 minutes and use a knife to remove kernels.Place the grilled corn with the vegetables and fruit in a large bowl and add vinegar, remainder of oil, herbs, Tabasco, salt and pepper to taste.
